This company is a tribute to her legacy — a celebration of the joy that comes from preparing food with love. Every recipe is inspired by the timeless techniques and flavours she taught me, with a modern twist.

Who we are
Lady M Eats & Treats is a home-based bakery in Madiba Park, Seshego, Polokwane, South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we are the responsible party for the information described below.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and the particulars of your order (occasion, product, dates, sizes, flavours and any notes). Because enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, we also see the WhatsApp number you message us from.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and fulfil your order. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists without asking.
Where it lives
Your enquiry arrives as a WhatsApp message and stays in our WhatsApp business chat history. This website itself stores nothing about you on any server; your draft order details are kept only in your own browser until you send them. The collection map on the enquiry page is served by Google Maps, so opening that page shares your IP address with Google — as with any Google Maps visit.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any orders that follow, plus any period required for basic business records.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforeg.org.za).
